卡维地洛联合葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的 观察卡维地洛联合葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 将81例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服卡维地洛20～30mg/d,同时静脉滴注葛根素注射液400～600mg/d,连用2周.对照组只用常规治疗,观察治疗效果.结果 经过2周的治疗,治疗组总有效率为90.5%.对照组总有效率为69.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 卡维地洛联合葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛,疗效显著,无耐药现象及明显毒副作应.

The Curative Effect of Carvedilol and Puerarin Injection on Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of carvedilol and puerarin injection on unstable angina pectoris.Methods Eighty-one patients with UAP were randomly assigned into therapeutic group and controlled group.Oral carvedilol 20~30mg daily and intravenous puerarin injection 400~600mg daily were administered to therapeutic group,conventional treatment were administered to controlled group for 2 weeks.Observation of curative effect.Results After 2 weeks treatment,therapeutic group total efficiency was 90.5%,controlled group total efficiency was 69.2%.Two groups compared,there was significant difference.Conclusion Carvedilol and puerarin injection therapy is more effective for patients with UAP and no tolerance.
