普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

目的观察普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将老年支气管哮喘患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗,对照组仅给予普米克令舒治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为100%,对照组的总有效率为80%,治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒联合孟鲁司特治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Curative Effect of the Treatment of Olderly Bronchial Asthma Bulmicort Respules Joint Montelukast Sodium Tablets

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the treatment of olderly bronchial asthma Pulmicort Respules joint Montelukast Sodium Tablets.Methods Bronchial asthma 60 cases of patients was randomly comtrol divided into treatment group and control group,each 30 cases,the treatment group give Pulmicort Respules with LuSi meng,combined treatment group limited to Pulmicort Respules treatment,compared with two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group were 100% and the total effective rate is 80%,with the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group,the two groups of comparisons with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmicort Respules joint Montelukast Sodium Tablets care of elderly bronchial asthma clinical curative effect is distinct,can obviously improve the treatment effect,with no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
