| 摘 要： | 目的:双黄连注射液治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照临床研究,共入选30例病理性黄疸的患儿,随机分为治疗组(双黄连治疗组)15例和对照组(常规治疗组)15例,比较两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为78.3%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuanghuanglian injection on treating neonatal jaundice.Methods: A randomized controlled clinical study,30 cases of children with pathologic jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group(the Shuanghuanglian treatment group) and the control group(conventional therapy group),15 cases in each group,compared between the two groups of children with treatment.Results: The total effective rate was 95%,the total effective rate was 78.3% in the control group,the difference of the total effective rate in the two group was statistically significant(P<0.01). |
