早期康复护理干预对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的影响

目的探讨早期康复护理干预对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的影响,旨在为患者的快速康复寻求有效护理方法。方法将本科2010年8月—2011年4月收治的120例脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组和治疗组,各60例。对照组采用神经内科常规治疗和护理;观察组在对照组常规护理基础上,病情稳定时给予早期康复护理干预,比较两组患者康复情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%;对照组总有效率为68.33%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预能提高脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者的康复率,提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Stroke Dysphagia

Objective To explore the early rehabilitation nursing intervention on cerebral apoplexy patients with swallowing dysfunction effect,for the rapid rehabilitation of the patients to seek effective nursing methods.Methods In August 2010 to April 2011,120 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients were randomly divided into the observation group and treatment group,60 cases in each.The control group adopted conventional therapy and nursing care of neurological department of internal medicine;observer group in the control group received routine nursing basis,the illness is stable given early rehabilitation nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients.Results In observation group,the total effective rate was 91.67%;the control group in the total efficiency of 68.33%.The two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy swallow dysfunction rate,improve the quality of life of patients.
