MMP-3在结直肠腺瘤及结直肠癌中的表达与临床意义的相关性研究

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-3在结直肠腺瘤及结直肠癌中表达与临床病理参数间相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-3在20例结直肠腺瘤和60例结直肠癌中的表达。结果 MMP-3在20例结直肠腺瘤及60例结直肠癌中,阳性表达率分别为10%、41.7%(P=0.031)。MMP-3的阳性表达与淋巴结转移(P=0.017)呈正相关,与预后呈负相关。结论 MMP-3的上调表达可能参与了结直肠癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移,对临床上判断预后具有较大意义。

MMP-3 in colorectal adenoma and colorectal carcinoma and clinicopathologic correlation study

Objective To explore the matrix metalloproteinases MMP-3 in colorectal adenoma and colorectal carcinoma with clinicopathological parameters of correlation.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect MMP-3 in 20 cases of colorectal adenoma and 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma.Results The positive expression rates of MMP-3 in 20 cases of colorectal adenoma and 60 cases of colorectal cancer were 10% and 41.7% （P =0.031 ）.The expression of MMP-3 （P =0.017）were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,and negatively correlated with the prognosis.Conclusion Upregulation of MMP-3 expression may be involved in the incidence of colorectal cancer development,invasion and metastasis,and it has great significances for the clinical prognosis.
