摘 要: | 目的了解北京市朝阳区不同供水方式饮用水中某些金属元素暴露水平,评价其对人群健康的潜在风险,为生活饮用水监测提供科学依据。方法选取2015-2017年市政管网末梢水和农村自备井集中式供水的末梢水,共计1404件水样的检测结果,用美国环境保护局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对Pb、Cr^6+进行致癌风险评价,对Hg、Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、Al进行非致癌风险评价。结果朝阳区由饮用水途径暴露的金属元素非致癌健康风险商值均小于1,非致癌风险排序为Hg>Fe>Mn=Cu>Al>Zn;Cr^6+和Pb的致癌健康风险分别是3.48×10^-5和7.39×10^-7,致癌健康风险排序为Cr^6+>Pb。结论朝阳区人群暴露于不同供水方式的饮用水中8种金属元素的健康风险均在可接受范围内,致癌健康风险以Cr^6+为主,在可接受范围内。

Abstract: | Objective To provide scientific basis for quality monitoring of drinking water,the potential health risks were assessed by understanding the exposure levels of some metal elements in drinking water of different water supply modes in Chaoyang district of Beijing.Methods 1404 water samples were collected from the municipal water and rural self-prepared well water from 2015 to 2017 and detected.The carcinogenic health risk of Pb and Cr^6+ were assessed with the health risk assessment model recommended by U.S.EPA.The non-carcinogenic health risk of Hg,Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe and Al was assessed with the same model.Results The non-carcinogenic health risk quotient of metal elements in drinking water was less than 1 in Chaoyang district,and the ranking of non-carcinogenic health risk was Hg>Fe>Mn=Cu>Al>Zn;the carcinogenic health risk of Cr^6+ and Pb was 3.48×10^-5 and 7.39×10^-7 respectively,and the ranking of carcinogenic health risk was Cr^6+>Pb.Conclusions The health risk of 8 metal elements in drinking water under different water supply modes in Chaoyang district were acceptable,and Cr^6+ was the main health risk of carcinogenesis that was within an acceptable range. |
