人工髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折的治疗

目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折的治疗。方法对我院1998年12月-2004年12例人工髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折，其中男8例，女4例，年龄68-89岁，平均73．6岁，均为斜形、螺旋形或粉碎性骨折，骨折线位于假体柄末端以远5cm区域内。术中均采用兰州西脉形状记忆锯齿环抱器治疗。结果术后随访1-6年，骨折无移位，骨折愈合好，患肢功能恢复好。结论采用形状记忆锯齿环抱器治疗人工髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折具有操作方便，固定牢固，肢体功能恢复好的优点，是一种可供选择的良好治疗方法。

Treatment of fracture around the prosthesis of femur after hip arthroplasty

Objective To investigate treatment of fracture around the prosthesis of femur after hip arthroplasty. Methods From December 1998 to April 2004, 12 cases of fracture around the prosthesis of femur after hip arthroplasty had been treated in our hospital. Of the 12 cases, 8 were males and 4 were females, aging from 68 to 89, the fractures were found as oblique, spiral or comminuted with the fracture lines located between the lesser trochanter and a point 5cm distal to the end of prosthetic stem. The fractures were treated with the shape memory sawtooth-arm embracing fixator of Lanzhou Ximai. Results The postoperative followed-up lasted from 1 to 6 years, no fracture re-displacedment was found. The results of fracture healing and the functional recovery were good. Conclusions For periprosthetic femoral fracture shape memory sawtooth-arm embracing fixator is a reliable device being implanted easily and offering stable fixation. The functional recovery is good. It should be the treatment methods of choice.
