摘    要:目的:研究热休克蛋白70(HSP70)与经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术后再狭窄形成中细胞增生的关系。方法:复制家兔颈总动脉球囊损伤模型,用免疫组化方法检测术后3、9、14、28d损伤动脉壁中HSP70和增殖细胞核抗原(PC-NA)表达水平;用计算机图像分析系统定量,并对两者进行相关分析。结果:损伤动脉壁HSP70及PCNA检测呈阳性,正常动脉呈阴性。9d时两者表达指数均较各自3d时显著升高,14d均达峰值,28d显著降至3d时水平。时相相关分析两者显著正相关。结论:细胞增生活性升高伴随HSP70的产生增多;动脉损伤时机体可能通过HSP70合成增多而促进细胞再生,一定程度上促成再狭窄。

Abstract:To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) involving in the devefopmnt of resteno-sis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) - METHOD: The rabbit carotid balloon injury model wasused. Six animals were killed at 3 days, six at 9 days, sir at 14 days and sit at 28 days after injury repectively, and theballooned carotid segments were removed.then,immunohistochemistry combined with computer image analysis was used todetermine HSP70-expression index(HEI)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)-expression index(PEI)in injured arteries RESULTS:Both stainnings were negative in normal vessels while positive in injured vessels.HEI and PEIsignificantly increased at day 9 compared with day 3 and reached their maxiums at day 14, then declined at day 28 significantly.The time course of celllproliferation was significantly positive correlated with that of the HSP70-expression CON-CLUSION:Cell proliferation is accompanied by production of HSP70 .it seems that body may induce cell proliferation by in creasing the synthesis of HSP70,thus to accelerate the reairment of injured artery.
