| 摘 要： | 目的观察109例周围性面神经麻痹患者康复治疗的效果。方法采用物理因子、药物、按摩、心理疏导等综合治疗。结果经1～4个疗程的综合康复治疗后效果显著,总有效率达99%,其中,在发病1周内接受正规治疗的患者痊愈率达到97%。结论综合康复治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效显著,是治疗周围性面神经麻痹的首选方法,急性期治疗尤为重要,若患者治疗不及时或者方法不正确有可能留有后遗症。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect rehabilitation treatment of 109 cases of peripheral facial palsy.Methods Physical factors,drugs,massage,psychotherapy treatment were used to treat the patients.Results The total effective rate is 99% after 1 to 4 courses of treatment.The curative rate is 97% in patients receiving regular treatment within one week after the onset.Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective and preferred method treating facial nerves palsies.It is important to trea... |
