微波联合白细胞介素-2治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察

目的探讨微波与微波术后联用白细胞介素-2（简称IL-2，下同）治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法对比2004年以来我院皮肤科门诊治疗的148例外阴尖锐湿疣患者，分微波组107例单纯应用微波治疗，微波术后局部注射IL-2组者41例。结果单纯应用微波总有效率为84．1％；微波术后局部注射IL-2治疗总有效率95．1％，两组差异有统计学意义（氏0．01）。随访6个月，微波组复发率达70．1％；而微波术后局部注射IL-2复发率仅为7．3％，两组相比，存在显著性差异（P〈0．001）。结论微波治疗术后再应用局部注射IL-2的方法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果优于单纯应用微波治疗。
