| 摘 要： | 用生物学方法和间接荧光法分别测定了１１６例乙型肝炎患者外周血ＩＬ－２活性和ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达率。结果表明：急性黄疸型肝炎、慢性活动性肝炎、慢性重症肝炎和亚急性重症肝炎患者外周血ＩＬ－２活性和ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达率均低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；慢性活动性肝炎中两指标的下降水平呈正相关（ｒ＝０．６２２３，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示检测ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达水平可了解乙肝患者机体免疫状态。 |

| Abstract: | his study detected interleukin- 2(IL- 2)activity and expression of IL- 2receptor(IL- 2R )of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 116 cases of viral hepatitis B. The result showedthat IL- 2 activity and expression of IL- 2R decreased in acute icteric hepatitis(AIH),chronicactive hepatitis(CAH),chronic severe.hepatitis(CSH)and subacute severe hepatitis(SSH)in comparison with normal controls(P<0.01).Furthermore,IL- 2R decreased corre- spondingly with IL- 2 falling in hepatitis patients,And,these two parameters showed a directproportion relationship in CAH(r= 0.6223 P<0.01). The data indicate that the patientsimmunity state can be well found by testing IL- 2R expression level;This method has the ad- vantages of saving experimental time and chemical reagents,and is convenient to operate and to observe. |
