胎盘植入的超声诊断

目的探讨胎盘植入的产前、产后的声像图特征,提高超声诊断率。方法对27例经临床诊断的胎盘植入的声像图进行回顾性分析。结果产前超声诊断胎盘植入诊断率较低,但声像图仍有一定的特异性表现;产后胎盘植入诊断符合率较高。结论胎盘植入的超声诊断,对孕妇产时、产后处理起着重要作用。

Ultrasonic diagnosis of placenta increta

Objective To increase the ultrasound diagnostic rate of placenta increta in antepartum and postpartum by discussing their sonogram feature. Methods The sonogram of 27 patients diagnosed clinically with placenta increta was retrospectively analyzed. Results Though the ultrasonic diagnostic rate of placenta increta in antepartum was fairly low, it had some specific display in ultrasonic sonogram, such as disappeared gap behind placenta, thinner myometrium, and rapid or pulsed - wave mode of blood infusion in transparent sonolucent space within placenta tissue. The diagnose accordance rate of placenta increta in postpartum was higher than in antepartum. It displayed clearless line between the wall placenta adhered and uterine wall, where placenta tissue extended into myometrium and thinningzed the latter. Conclusion Ultrasonic visualization for diagnosing placenta increta in antepartum and postpartum plays an important role in its intrapartum and postpartum treatment.
