| 摘 要： | 目的观察低渗非离子造影剂对冠状动脉造影患者肾功能的影响。方法收集我院2008年1月～2009年1月期间住院的324例接受冠状动脉造影和冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者的资料,回顾分析造影剂肾病(CIN)各危险因素的发生情况。结果按照造影剂肾病的诊断标准,共有19例患者可诊断造影剂肾病。结论造影剂剂量和术前原有肾功能水平是CIN发生的独立危险因素。
