经尿道电灼术加吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎30例报告

目的 :探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断与治疗效果。方法 :对 30例腺性膀胱炎患者行抗感染 ,经尿道电灼、膀胱药物灌注等治疗。结果 :30例随访 6～ 36月 ,平均随访 2 4月。其中治愈 2 0例 ,好转者 5例 ,于 6～ 18月内复发 ,无效4例 ,1例于术后 2 4月恶变为膀胱腺癌。结论 :经尿道膀胱病灶电灼术是治疗腺性膀胱炎的首选方法 ,术后膀胱内药物灌注及密切随访是必要的。

Report of 30 Cases Cystitis Glandularis Treated by Trans urethral Sideration and Bladder Instillation of THP

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic and treatment procedures for cystitis glandularis. Methods: 30 cases of cystitis glandularis were treated with anti infection therapy,transurethral Sideration and bladder instillation of drug. Results: All 30 cases had been followed up 6～36 months with a mean of 24 months.20 cases were cured;5 cases improved,but recurred 6～18 months after treatment;4 cases were ineffective. One case developed bladder adenocarcinoma 24 months after transurethral resection. Conclusion: Transurethral Sideration combined with bladder in stillation of drug is the most effective treatment. Cystitis glandularis may develop adenocarcinoma and close follow up is therefore necessary.
