| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨中西医结合治疗晚期肺癌的增效减毒作用。[方法]对30例晚期肺癌患者采用中医辨证治疗加化放疗(A组)并与30例单纯行化放疗(B组)患者进行比较。[结果]A、B两组近期有效率分别为90.0%、80.0%;中位生存期A组为17.5个月,B组为13个月;1、3、5年生存率两组未见统计学差异(P>0.05),但A组患者生活质量、免疫功能、毒副反应明显改善(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗晚期肺癌有增效减毒,调节免疫功能,改善生活质量,延长生存期的作用。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional and western medicine for advanced lung cancer and its synergism with radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Thirty pa-tients in the group A were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotherapy and chemc-therapy,and the30patients in the group B treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The short term response rate in the group A,B were90.0%and80.0%respectively.The median survival in the two groups were17.5and13months respectively.The1-,3-and5-year survival rates in the group A were similar with those in the group B(P>0.05).However,karnofsky scoring,immunity and side effects were obviously im-proved in the group A(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Traditional Chinese medicine combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can reduce the toxicoty,regulate the cell mediated immunity of patients,elevate quality of life and prolong survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer. |
