磨削术在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合中的临床应用

【目的】探讨磨削术治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果。【方法】通过回顾病例，选择病情相当的182例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面，其中将87例采用传统削痂法的病例作为削痂组，95例采用磨削法的病例作为磨削组。比较两组愈合时间和瘢痕形成情况。【结果】采用磨削法可缩短创面愈合时间。磨削组较削痂组，面颈部创面愈合时间缩短5d，四肢创面缩短4d，躯干创面缩短4d，同时也可抑制创面瘢痕的形成。【结论】磨削术可缩短深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间，同时抑制瘢痕形成，是创面处理的一种简便、易行的方法。

The rehabilitative effect of skin scrape for patients with deep partial thickness burn

[Objetive] To explore the rehabilitative effect on patients with deep partial thickness burn by skin scrape. [Methods] Deep second-degree burned injuries （182 cases） were conducted with traditional tangent group （87 cases） and scrape group （95 cases）. The healing time and scar formation were compared. [Results] The healing time of deep second-degree burned wound was shortened by days in face and neck, 4 days in the four limbs and 4 days in truck （ P 〈 0.05） in scrape group. The operation could also inhibit scar formation. [Conclusions] The method of skin-scraped operation is simple and easy, it can shorten the healing time of deep partial thickness burn and inhibit scar formation.
