一株家鼠型肾综合征出血热病毒的分离鉴定及核苷酸序列分析

目的 探讨保定地区肾综合征出血热（ＨＦＲＳ）流行高峰的原因。方法 ＲＴ－ＲＣＲ法分型、病毒分离、鉴定及核苷酸序列测定。结果 ３１例急性期病人血清经ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ分型，２例为姬鼠型（ＨＴＮ型），２４例为家鼠型（ＳＥＯ型）。对其中１例ＳＥＯ型病毒进行分离、鉴定及其部分Ｍ基因的核苷酸序列测定，并与ＳＥＯＵＬ、Ｒ２２两株病毒Ｍ基因核苷酸及氨基酸同源性比较分别为：９５．１５％、９３．９４％、９７．２７％及９７

Isolation and identification of a Seoul type HFRSV and analysis for its nucleotide

Objective To study the cause of high epidemic of the HFRS in Baoding.Methods RT PCR was used to determine HV RNA from patients with HFRS.A Seoul type virus was isolated and its nucleotide sequence was analysed.Results In 31 serum samples,2 were found to be HTN type and 24 were SEO type.Compared with the prototype SEO virus strain and Chinese SEO virus R 22 strain,the homolgies of nucleotide sequence of the new isolation were 95.1% and 93.94% respectively,and that of the amino acid were 97.27% and 97.27% respectively.Conclusion The high epidemic of HFRS in 1996 was caused chiefly by SEO type virus,without evidence of reassortment of viral genes.SEO virus was relatively stable.
