| 摘 要： | 目的 评价国产硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效和安全性.方法 采用随机、双盲、平行对照的方法 .试验组服用硫辛酸和维生素B1,对照组服用安慰剂和维生素B1,用药观察12周.结果 在4、8、12周时,试验组改善神经病变主觉症状的有效性优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗前后神经传导速度无显著性差异.两组不良事件发生率亦无显著性差异.结论 硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变是安全有效的. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A double-blind randomized clinical trial was performed to compare the effect and safety between lipoic acid/ vitamin B1 group and placebo/ vitamin B1 group for 12 weeks. Results Neuropathic symptoms were amendment in both groups with better outcomes in the experiment group(P<0.05).Nerves conduction velocity was not improved in both groups.
