NAFLD患者血清铁蛋白测定的临床意义

目的探讨血清铁蛋白与非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）的关系，旨在为临床提供早期诊治依据。方法选择在健康体检中检查肝功能正常而超声诊断为脂肪肝的256例NAFLD患者与100名同期进行健康体检的健康者（正常对照组）作为研究对象，采用放射免疫法测定血清铁蛋白（SF）水平，并对两组的血清SF水平进行分析。结果NAFLD患者血清SF水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）。结论NAFLD患者血清SF水平升高，血清SF与NAFLD相关，可作为早期诊断、治疗NAFLD和疗效判断的依据。

Clinical significances of serum ferritin in NAFLD patients

Objective To explore the relationship between serum ferritin(SF) and nonalcoholic fatty liver diease(NAFLD),and to provide clinical basis for earlier diagnosis and treatment in patients with NAFLD.Methods SF level were measured in 256 cases NAFLD patients diagnosed by ultrasonography and in 100 normal subjects(normal control group) by using radioimmunoassy.Results SF levels in patient with NAFLD was significantly higher than in normal control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion SF level increased in patients with NAFLD,indicating that SF are related to NAFLD.The measurement of SF may be helpful in stimation of the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of NAFLD.
