| 摘 要： | 目的观察胸腔区域热灌注治疗在控制恶性胸腔积液中的疗效。方法收集2008～2011年三年间22例临床确诊为恶性胸腔积液患者。使用体外循环泵及恒温水浴箱加热，对患侧胸腔进行43℃区域恒温热灌注治疗。结果随诊6～12个月，依据WHO癌性胸腔积液疗效判定标准，术后复查胸部CT及B超，胸水完全消失，临床症状完全缓解19例，胸水吸收一半以上，形成少量包裹性积液；临床症状缓解3例；综合显效及有效率为100％。结论胸腔区域热灌注能够有效地控制胸腔积液，是处理恶性胸水的一种有效局部治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the thoracic region heat perfusion therapy in the control of malignant pleural effusions in effect.Methods 22 cases diagnosed as malignant pleural effusion patients using a cardiopulmonary bypass pump and water bath heating,on ipsilateral pleural were 43℃ region of constant temperature thermal perfusion treatment.Results the follow-up 6-12 months,according to WHO Cancerous Pleural Effusion efficacy criteria,postoperative chest water control ef fect and efficiency of 100%.Conclusion pleural regional hyperthermic perfusion can effectively control the pleural effu sion,is an effective local treatment method. |
