家庭环境因素对学龄前儿童感觉统合情况发育的影响研究

目的研究家庭环境因素对感觉统合失调儿童的影响情况。方法采用感觉统合评定量表和家庭环境因素量表对1131名学龄前儿童家长进行检测、分析。结果所调查的儿童感觉统合失调率为32．5％；男女童之间未见显著性差异（P〉0．05）；感统失调组儿童家庭环境因素中的情感表达、娱乐性、亲密度、知识性、组织性分量表的因子分均低于感统发育正常组，而家庭环境因素中的矛盾性因子分高出感统正常组。结论儿童感觉统合失调的发生与家庭环境因素有一定关系，改善家庭环境有利于降低儿童感觉统合失调发生率。

The relationship of sensory integration of preschool children with family factors

Objective To find out family environment factors influencing the sensory integration dysfunction of children.Methods Child Sensory Integration Scale and Family Environment Scale were used to investigate 1 131 parents of preschool children to find the relationship.Results The prevalence rate of children sensory integration dysfunction was 32.5%.There was no significant relationship between boys and girls.Compared with control,emotional expression,entertainment,intimate degree,knowledge,organization of family environment in dysfunction were decreased and contradiction increased to normal sensory integration group.Conclusion There is significant relationship between children sensory integration dysfunction and family environment,improve family environment can help reducing the occurrence of children sensory integration dysfunction.
