嵌顿性腹股沟疝无张力修补的临床治疗观察

目的探讨无张力修补术嵌顿性腹股沟疝的临床治疗效果及注意事项。方法将我院2006年1月～2011年12月收治的64例嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组32例行无张力修补术治疗，对照组32例行传统Bassini修补术。分析比较两组患者手术治疗效果、术后并发症。结果观察组平均手术时间、术后腹股沟疝复发率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论嵌顿性腹股沟疝患者行无张力修补手术便捷，临床治疗效果确切，术后并发症低，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of incarcerated inguinal hernia tension-free repair

Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical efficacy and precautions of tension-free repair of incarcerated inguinal hernia.Methods Hospital from January 2006 to December 2011 64 cases of incarcerated inguinal hernia patients are randomly divided into observation group and control group,observation group 32 cases of incarcerated inguinal hernia undergo tension-free repair treatment,control group 32 cases of incarcerated inguinal hernia with traditional Bassini repair.The two groups patients were compared with surgical treatment,postoperative complications.Results The mean operative time,postoperative inguinal hernia recurrence rate,incidence of complications of observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05),indicating differences significant.Conclusion Incarcerated inguinal hernia with tensionfree repair surgery is worthy of promotion,for the exact effect of clinical treatment,convenient and low postoperative complications.
