100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理状态的调查及生存质量的影响因素分析

目的调查妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理状态并分析影响其生存质量的相关因素。方法随机选择我院2008年1月～2012年1月住院治疗的100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为调查对象。结果妇科恶性肿瘤患者的SCL-90评分中的躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐惧、偏执、精神病性各项评分均明显高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；婚娴状况、经济状况、受教育程度和术后性生活开始时间均为影响妇科恶性肿瘤患者生存质量的相关因素，各组FACT得分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者存在焦虑、抑郁、敌对等负性心理状态，通过对其生存质量的相关因素分析从而采取有针对性的心理干预措施，有利于提高患者的生存质量。

Investigation of the psychological state and the impact factors on quality of life for 100 patients with gynecological malignancies

Objective To investigate the psychological states and the impact factors on quality of life for 100 patients with gynecological malignancies.Methods One hundred cases of patients with gynecological malignancies hospitalized in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2012 were randomly selected as the survey subjects.Results The scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,fear,paranoia,psychosis in the SCL-90 scores of patients with gynecological malignancies were significantly higher than the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Marital status,economic status,educational level and postoperative sexual life start time were relevant factors affecting the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignancies,and the differences of the FACT scores were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion There are anxiety,depression,hostility and other negative mental states in patients with gynecological malignancies,and it is helpful to improve the quality of life of these patients through taking targeted psychological interventions based on analysis of its relevant factors.
