| 摘 要： | 目的总结感染性心内膜炎（infective endocarditis，IE）外科治疗的临床经验。方法回顾分析2000年10月-2010年10月收治的61例IE患者外科治疗的临床资料，其中先天性心脏病12例，风湿性心脏病26例，原发性感染性心内膜炎12例，吸毒所致感染性心内膜炎伴赘生物形成11例。所有患者都接受心脏手术。结果术后因败血症合并多器官功能衰竭死亡1例，其余均痊愈出院。术后随访1-5年，2例出现瓣周漏，再次行瓣膜置换，无晚期死亡。结论感染性心内膜炎患者经早期诊断和积极外科手术治疗，可取得良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experience of surgical treatment of infective endocarditis(IE).Methods Review and analyse 61 cases of IE from October of 2000 to October of 2010,including 12 cases of congenital disease,26 cases of rheumatic heart disease,12 cases of primary IE,11 cases of IE were caused by drug taking.All the cases accepted surgical treatment.Results All the patients were recovered from the hospital,except 1 case died of septicemia and multiple organ failure after operation.Conclusion Early diagnosis and positive surgical treatment is effective for the patients with IE. |
