| 摘 要： | 目的比较阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法选取2010年8月～2011年6月在我科治疗的小儿支原体肺炎患者120例作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组（阿奇霉素组）和对照组（红霉素组）各60例，比较两组的疗效、症状消失的平均时间及住院天数情况并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组的疗效、症状消失的平均时间及住院天数明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床上使用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效比红霉素好，不仅安全性高，而且症状缓解时间较快，建议临床广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare azithromycin for the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia with erythromycin.Methods All of 120 patients with children mycoplasma pneumonia in our department from August 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group(azithromycin group,n = 60) and control group(erythromycin group,n = 60).The curative effect,the average time of symptoms disappeared and hospitalization were compared and analyzed statistically between the two groups.Results The treatment group apparently was superior to those of control group in the curative effect,the average time of symptoms disappeared and hospitalization(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference.Conclusion The azithromycin for the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia are superior.Not only high safety,but also fast in symptom relief,so we suggest that it can be widely used in patients with children mycoplasma pneumonia. |
