某高校大学生抑郁状况调查

目的了解大学生的抑郁倾向、表现形式、流行状况及其影响因素,为该病干预和防治提供依据。方法采取分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取西安交通大学在校学生共2010人,采用“不同专业大学生精神状态问卷”及“Beck抑郁自评问卷(beck depression inventory,BDI)”对大学生抑郁状况进行调查。结果无抑郁情绪学生为1010人,占54．8％;有抑郁情绪者为833人,占45．2％。家庭内关系是否融洽、遗传因素、个人性格因素、自身的经济状况以及当前自身的健康状况(P值均小于0．05)和抑郁情绪之间关联显著。结论大学生抑郁率较高,尤其是新入学学生及性格内向学生的抑郁率更高,多数为轻度或中度抑郁倾向。

Investigation on the depression among college students in a university

Objective To explore the status and influential factors of depression among college students, so as to provide the scientific basis for later prevention and intervention. Methods 2 010 college students were chosen using stratified cluster sampling scheme. "Mental questionnaire for college students of different major" and "Beck depression inventory" (BDI) were used as the survey instrument. Results Number of psychological healthy students was 1 010 (54.8%), number of students with depression were 833 (45.2%). Level of maternal culture, relationship with family members, personal character and current body healthy status were the influential factors of depression in the subjects (P<0.05). Conclusions The depression rate in the college students was high, especially for the freshman and those with introversive character.
