前臂骨折治疗后致旋转功能障碍原因分析及防治

目的]探讨前臂骨折治疗后致旋转功能障碍原因及防治措施.方法]对22例骨折治疗后出现前臂旋转功能障碍的患者,就其发生原因和防治措施进行回顾性分析.结果]致伤暴力的性质和程度、前臂损伤的重要组织和结构、医源性手术操作失误、固定肢位和制动时间把握不当是旋转功能发生障碍的主要原因.中药外洗结合功能锻炼较桡骨头或尺骨头切除术对该并发症的治疗具有更好的效果.结论]前臂骨折治疗后易导致旋转功能障碍且治疗难度较大,医务人员要积极采取措施减少并发症的发生.
