| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨健脾利咽汤对慢性咽炎患者唾液中分泌性免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量的影响及机理。方法:用ELISA方法检测7例正常人及符合条件的80例患者,随机分为健脾利咽汤治疗组40例和金嗓利咽丸对照组40例,分别记录治疗前后患者唾液中SIgA的含量情况。结果:经统计学分析,疗程结束后两组患者唾液中SIgA的含量均有提高,且其SIgA的含量及总疗效比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:健脾利咽汤可显著提高慢性咽炎患者唾液SIgA的含量,可能是该方治疗慢性咽炎的主要机理之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of Jianpi Liyan Tang on SIgA in chronic pharyngitis patients and Provide experimental evidence on chronic pharyngitis treated.Method:Selecting 7 normal and 80 patients of the chronic pharyngitis using the methods of randomization,patients were divided into two groups:the treatment group and control group,test the level of SIgA before and in the end of the treatment.Result:The TCM can increase the level of SIgA in chronic pharyngitis patients,achieve treating purpose.Conclusion: Jianpi Liyan Tang can significantly improve the content of saliva SIgA of patients with chronic pharyngitis,may be one of the main mechanism for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. |
