中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选择临床确诊的患者107例,随机分为西药组50例,中西医结合治疗组57例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星0.5g,每日1次,甲硝唑0.4g,每日3次;治疗组同时加用少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,连续治疗21天。结果:107例患者均完成了治疗。对照组治愈16例,有效20例,无效14例;治疗组治愈30例,有效21例,无效6例。对照组治愈率为32%,治疗组治愈率为52.6%,两者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为72%,治疗组的总有效率为89.5%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:抗生素联合少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效肯定,有较明显的治愈率和有效率,可以作为临床考虑的治疗方案。

Clinical Efficacy of Integrative Medicine on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:107 cases were randomly divided into western medicine(50 patients),the combination therapy group(57 patients).Control group took levofloxacin 0.5g qd,with metronidazole 0.4g tid.Treatment group were added Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.The treatment lasted for 21 days.Results:107 patients had completed treatment.In the control group,16 cases were cured,20 cases effective,14 cases inefficient.Whereas,in treatment group,30 cases were cured,21 cases effective,6 cases inefficient.The cure rate of treatment group which was 52.6%,had significant difference compared to the control group which was 32%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.5%,with significant difference compared the control group which was 72%(P<0.05).Conclusion:It was positive to combine antibiotics and Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction to treatment chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,with more efficient rate and cure rate,which can be considered as a clinical treatment program.
