加减天麻钩藤饮对原发性高血压患者临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究加减天麻钩藤饮对原发性高血压患者血清一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET-l)的影响,观察加减天麻钩藤饮的临床疗效,探讨加减天麻钩藤饮降压的作用机理。方法:将60例原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例,分别用加减天麻钩藤饮和尼群地平口服治疗4周,观察治疗前后患者血压、血清NO、ET-1的变化,并在治疗前后进行临床症状评分,评价证候疗效。结果:治疗结束后治疗组降压疗效与对照组相当,而证候疗效、血清一氧化氮(NO)变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加减天麻钩藤饮可以升高患者血清NO,降低血清ET-1水平,从而改善原发性高血压患者受损的血管内皮功能;加减天麻钩藤饮还具有尼群地平同样的降压效果。

Abstract:Objective:To study the addition and subtraction TGD serum of patients with essential hypertension nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET-1)the impact of the addition and subtraction TGD observe the clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction TGD antihypertensive mechanism of action.Methods:60 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group,n=30,respectively,with addition and subtraction TGD and nitrendipine oral treatment for 4 weeks before and after treatment in patients with blood pressure,serum NO,ET-1 changes,and clinical symptom scores before and after treatment,evaluation syndromes.Results:After treatment,the treatment group and control group in the antihypertensive efficacy equivalent and in the syndromes,serum nitric oxide(NO)changes than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified TGD can increase serum NO,lower serum ET-1 levels in patients with essential hypertension to improve impaired endothelial function;subtraction TGD also has the same nitrendipine antihypertensive effect.
