加味六磨汤治疗返流性食管炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察加味六磨汤治疗返流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效。方法:将88例患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(43例),治疗组予加味六磨汤,对照组予奥美拉唑、新纳络。两组均治疗8周,观察临床症状疗效、内镜疗效以及治疗前后临床症状积分变化情况。结果:治疗组、对照组临床症状总有效率分别为95.56%和93.02%,组间疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组各项临床症状积分和总积分均显著降低(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,临床症状积分和总积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组、对照组内镜总有效率分别为84.44%和88.37%,组间内镜疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味六磨汤治疗返流性食管炎疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Liumo Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods:88 subjects were radomized divided into two groups:treatment group in which 45 cases were treated by Modified Liumo Decoction and control group in which 43 cases were treate with western medicine with a course of eight weeks.The clinical efficacy,endoscopic results and symptom scores were observed before and after treatments.Results:The total effective rate was 95.56% in the treatment group and 93.02% in the control group with no difference(P>0.05).After treatments,the symptom scores and total score were reduced more significantly in the treatment group than than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate for endoscopic results was 84.44% in the treatment group and 88.37% in the control group,with no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Liumo Decoction has positive effects on reflux esophagitis.
