贲门癌血管造影的表现及临床意义

目的：研究贲门癌的血管形态及转移情况。指导贲门癌的介入治疗。方法：对４３例贲门癌病人在介入治疗前行腹腔动脉ＤＳＡ，其中５例同时作了胃左动脉ＤＳＡ，并对造影表现进行分析。结果：①３５例贲门癌的主要血供来自胃左动脉。②供血的胃左动脉增粗，管壁不规则狭窄。③出现肿瘤血管和肿瘤染色。④少数病例可见静脉早期显影，实质期造影剂聚集。⑤肝转移和胰腺转移。结论：贲门癌的主要血供来自胃左动脉，血管造影不仅能反映贲门癌的肿瘤血管特征并能为介入治疗提供依据。

The Angiographic Evaluation of Cardial Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To investigate the manifestations of tumorus vessel and metastases of cardial carcinoma,so that to direct the interventional therapy. Methods: Before interventional therapy,all of 43 cases of cardiac carcinomas underwent DSA of the celiac artery.5 of 43 cases were also underwent DSA of the left gastric artery.The findings of angiogrphy are analyzed. Results: The blood supply of cardial carcinoma was from the left gastric artery in 35 cases.The gastric artery was enlarged and the vessel was irregularly narrow.Tumorous vessels and tumor stain were also seen.The vein enhancementwas appeared ahead of time and the tumors were assembled in the capillary phase.There were pancreativ and hepatic metastases. Conclusion: The blood supply of the cardial carcinoma is mainly from the left gastric artery.Angiography can give not only the features of the tumorous vessels in the cardial carinoma but also implication of the interventional therapy.
