AIDS相关型卡波西肉瘤的内镜表现

目的探讨获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）相关型卡波西肉瘤（KS）的内镜下表现及内镜诊断价值。方法回顾分析16例确诊为HIV／AIDS且行胃镜检查患者的临床资料，总结其中胃镜检查发现的3例KS患者的内镜下表现。结果KS阳性发现率为18．75％（3／16），其中单发者1例（占33．3％）、多发者2例（占66．6％）。3例以胃部KS为主，内镜下主要表现为斑丘疹样、息肉样及结节样改变；其中1例多发者伴十二指肠降部KS，表现为小的红褐色扁平病变。结论AIDS相关型KS在胃内的表现形式多样，平坦或隆起性病变表面丰富的毛细血管是较突出的特征，内镜检查对HIV／AIDS患者的诊断具有一定临床意义。

Endoscopic manifestations of AIDS-related gastric Kaposi's sarcoma

Objective To explore the endoscopic manifestations of AIDS-related gastric Kaposi's sarcoma (KS), and the diagnostic value of endoscopy. Methods Data of 16 patients with confirmed HIV/AIDS, who received gastric endoscopy, were retrospectively studied, and endoscopic manifestations of 3 cases of AIDS-related gastric KS were reviewed. Results The incidence of KS was 18.75% (3/16), including one case of single lesion (33.3%) and 2 cases of multiple lesions (66.6%). The characteristics of gastric KS included reddish papular, polypoid or nodular changes under endoscopy. The multiple lesions in 1 case, accompanied with KS in the descending duodenum, showed minor reddish brown flat lesions. Conclusion Endoscopic manifestations of AIDS-related KS vary, characterized by a-bundant capillaries in the surface of flat or raised lesions, which is of clinical significance for diagnosis of HIV/AIDS.
