摘    要:目的:建立枳实中辛弗林的含量测定方法。方法:采用离子交换色谱法,色谱柱Waters SCX柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-60mmol/L磷酸二氢钾(10:90);流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃,检测波长:275nm。结果:辛弗林进样量在0.1908-1.5264μg范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率为100.23%(RSD=1.93%,n=9)。该法具有较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性。结论:离子交换色谱法测定辛弗林含量,操作简便、准确,且重现性好。

Abstract:Objective:To estabish a method for determination of synephrine in aurantii fructus immaturus by ion exchange chroma tography. Methods:Waters SCX(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) for column. Acetonitrile-60mmol/L KDP= 10 : 90 for mobile phase, de tective wavelength: 275 nm , flow rate : 1mL/min, temperature : 25 ℃. Results: For sypephrine, the linear range was from 0.1908 - 1 5264μg(r=0. 999 9) , average recovery rate was 100.23 %, RSD= 1. 93 % (n= 9), with precise accurate, recurrence and stability. Conclusion: Determining the quantity of sypephrine in aurantii fructus by ion exchange chromatography is simple, accurate and re producible
