| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨芒针深刺阿是穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将80例本院门诊患者以随机表法随机分为两组,其中治疗组43例,采用芒针深刺阿是穴治疗。对照组37例,采用常规针刺治疗。以上均12次为1个疗程,3个疗程后结束治疗并进行病例疗效统计。结果:在临床疗效方面,经统计学处理,治疗组明显优于对照组。(x2=19.14,P0.01)结论:芒针深刺可以有效的治疗腰椎间盘突出症。

Efficacy analysis on treating lumbar disc herniation by deep puncture ashi with elongated needle |

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the clinical effects of deep puncture ashi with elongated needle in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treated group(43cases) were treated by deep puncture ashi with elongated needle,the control group(37cases) were given conventional acupuncture treatment.12 times for a course,Ended after 3 courses,statistics efficacy of the cases.Results: After statistical processing,the treated group was significantly better than the control group in clinical effects.(x2= 19.14,P <0.01) Conclusion: Deep puncture ashi with elongated needle was effective in treating lumbar disc herniation. |
