直接免疫荧光检测技术在中医药治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎疗效评价中的应用

摘    要:目的:研究直接免疫荧光法检测呼吸道合胞病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)抗原在中医药治疗小儿RSV肺炎中的应用.方法:采用多中心、区组随机、平行对照临床试验方法,以清开灵注射液联合儿童清肺口服液为试验组,利巴韦林注射液联合复方愈创木酚磺酸钾口服液为对照组,治疗小儿RSV肺炎痰热闭肺证,用直接免疫荧光法测定RSV,检测对比两组RSV转阴时间.结果:入选病例206例,试验组108例,对照组98例,在RSV转阴方面,第4天两组对照有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组优于对照组.第7天两组转阴率均达到89%以上,第10天均达到97%以上,两组组间对比在RSV转阴方面无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:试验组RSV转阴时间早于对照组.直接免疫荧光法试剂检测RSV抗原方法简单、稳定、敏感、特异性强,确定入选病例及疗效跟踪观察效果良好,值得推广应用.
