MRI 与关节镜对痛风性膝关节炎的诊断比较

目的 比较膝关节痛风性关节炎MRI 诊断与关节镜诊断的优缺点。方法 选取30 例患者行MRI 与膝关节镜检查，并经病理学检查证实为痛风性关节炎，对MRI 与关节镜诊断治疗痛风性关节炎的优缺点进行比较分析。结果 MRI 与关节镜膝对痛风性膝关节炎关节腔内相关病情诊断无差异（P >0.05），膝关节周围病情的诊断MRI 优于关节镜。结论 MRI 与关节镜膝对痛风性膝关节炎关节腔内相关病情诊断无差异，而膝关节腔外病情的诊断MRI 优于关节镜。两者结合能够使痛风性膝关节炎诊断和治疗取得更好的效果

Clinical comparative study of MRI and arthroscopy in diagnosisof gout arthritis of knee joints

Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of MRI and arthroscopic diagnosesof gout arthritis of the knee joints. Methods The MRI and arthroscopic images of the knee joints in 30 patientswere compared and analyzed. The patients were confirmed by pathological examination to have gouty arthritis. Theadvantages and disadvantages of MRI and arthroscopy in diagnosis of gout arthritis were compared. Results Therewas no significant difference between MRI and arthroscopy in the diagnosis of the lesions in the joint cavities ofthe patients with knee gout arthritis, and MRI was significantly better than arthroscopy in diagnosis of the lesionsoutside of the knee joint cavities. Conclusions There is no significant difference between MRI and arthroscopy inthe diagnosis of the lesions in the joint cavities of the patients with knee gout arthritis, and MRI is significantly betterthan arthroscopy in diagnosis of the lesions outside of the knee joint cavities. The combination of the two can makebetter diagnosis of gout arthritis.
