摘    要:
心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)是抢救生命的关键技术之一。本文旨在多方面探究CPR培训的智能化研究现状,并为未来CPR教学和实践的智能化发展方向提供建议。在web of science核心库近五年的文章中搜索CPR训练和CPR智能化设备,获得31篇相关文献。CPR智能化涉及教学、辅助、统计和监测等多方面。现实增强(AR)技术满足了CPR培训互动中环境模拟等新需求。智能设备及新算法提高CPR的培训质量。本文简述了应对心脏骤停一些需要注意的问题。健全的急救保障系统对提高心脏骤停患者的生存率具有很大帮助。

Abstract:
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)is one of the key technologies to save lives.This paper aims to explore the intelligent research status of CPR training in many aspects,and to provide suggestions for the intelligent development direction of CPR teaching and practice in the future.By searching for CPR training and CPR intelligent equipment in the web of science core library in recent five years,we obtain 31 relevant literatures.CPR intellectualization involves many aspects,such as teaching,assistance,statistics and monitoring.Augmented reality(AR)technology meets the new demands of environment simulation in CPR training interaction.Intelligent equipment and new algorithms improve the training quality of CPR.Some attentive problems in dealing with cardiac arrest were briefly described.A sound emergency support system is of great help to improve the survival rate of patients with cardiac arrest.
