| 摘 要： | 目的:建立小儿豉翘清热颗粒中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为Alltima C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸溶液(47:53:0.2),流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为274nm。结果:黄芩苷在1.20～10.80μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为100.31%,RSD=0.90%(n=5)。结论:建立的方法灵敏度高、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Tongbei children chiqiaoqingre granule. Method:Alltima C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47:53:0.2) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml?min~(-1) and the detection wavelength was at 274nm.Result:The linear range of baicalin was 1.20-10.80μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 7),the average recovery rate was 100.03%,and RSD was 0.90%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible,it c... |
