血管紧张素(1-7)抑制组织纤维化作用研究进展

摘    要:肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统是机体重要的神经内分泌系统,近年来发现其重要成员血管紧张素Ⅱ在组织纤维化中也起着重要作用。血管紧张素(1-7)是新近发现的肾素-血管紧张素系统家族中的新成员,它不仅可拮抗血管紧张素Ⅱ的多种作用,还可明显抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ和其他细胞因子诱导的细胞增殖以及细胞外基质的积聚,从而抑制心、肾等多种组织纤维化的发生发展,为抗纤维化治疗提供了新的思路。本文主要对血管紧张素(1-7)抑制组织纤维化的作用以及机制进行简要综述。

Abstract:Renin-angiotensin-aldostcrone system (RAAS)is the important neuroendocrine systems.As an important member of the families,Angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)has been proved to play an important role in tissue-fibrosis in recent findings.Angiotensin-(1-7)[Ang-(1-7)]is the newly found member of rennin-angiotensin-aldostcrone system in recent years,which not only can inhibit many effects of angiotensin Ⅱ,but also can obviously inhibit cell proliferation and accumulation of extracellular matrix resulting from angiotensin Ⅱ and any other cytokines,and then can inhibit the genesis and development of tissue fibrosis in heart,kidney and so on.All these can provide new idea for the therapy of fibrosis-inhibiting.This article mainly reviews the effect and mechanism of anginotensin Ⅱin inhibiting tissue fibrosis.
