摘    要:目的:正交实验法优选心泰胶囊提取工艺。方法:采用L9(3)^4正交试验法,以丹参酮ⅡA,当归、砂仁、檀香挥发油,瓜蒌中有机酸的溶出量为指标分别进行挥发油提取、醇提、水提醇沉工艺优化选择,考察各因素的影响。结果:当归、砂仁、檀香的挥发油最佳提取工艺为药材加10倍量水浸泡2h后回流提取6小时;丹参醇提最佳工艺为每次加10倍量90%乙醇回流提取3次,1.5h/次;水提醇沉最佳工艺为药材每次加21倍量水,煎煮提取2次,1h/次,浓缩液醇沉至酒精含量为70%。结论:上述实验结果为心泰胶囊提取工艺的确定提供科学实验依据。

Abstract:Obiective:To research the best processing method of Xin-Tai Capsule Method: L 9(3 4)orthogonal tables aredecided with three effects: water-processing, ethanolic-processing and water-processing wit athanolic precipitated. To observe the effect of each fact. Result: The best steam-processing method is boiling 6 hours with 10 times water after being put in water for 2 hours; The best ethanolic-processing method is 1.5 hours one time with 10 times 80% ethanolic;The best water-processing method is 1 hour one time with 21 times water for 2 times,and then 70% ethanolic. Conclusion :The result above can be used for mass production.
