125例药品不良反应报告分析

目的了解药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律。方法对本院2011年1至10月临床各科呈报的ADR病例分别从患者年龄、给药途径、药品种类、累及器官或系统及临床表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果大于60岁的患者ADR发生率较高(43.2%);静脉滴注给药引发的ADR占94.4%;中药制剂的ADR报告例数居第1位(29.6%)。主要临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害(31.2%)。结论开展ADR监测工作是医疗机构的重要任务,加强ADR监测、报告、诊断和处理对确保安全用药至关重要。

Analysis of 125 adverse drug reaction cases

Objective To probe into the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reaction(ADR)occurred in our hospital.MethodsOne hundred and twenty-five ADR cases collected were analyzed in respect of patients’ age,route of administration,drug categories,organs and systems involved in ADR and the clinical manifestations etc in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2011.ResultsThe occurrence of ADR in the patients more than 60 years old was 43.2%.The rate of ADR induced by intravenous administration was 94.4%.In all kinds of medicine preparations,Chinese medicine induced ADR represented the most portion which took the proportion of 29.6%.The ADR manifested mainly as lesions of skin and its appendents(31.2%).ConclusionADR monitoring is an important task for medical institutions.Tightening the monitoring,reporting,diagnosis and treatment of ADR is of utmost importance for patients’ medication safety.
