脑电生物反馈治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍

目的:研究脑电生物反馈训练治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的效果。方法:用VBFB3000脑电生物反馈诊疗系统对213例ADHD患儿进行治疗,采用视听整合测试报告(IVA-TP)评估其疗效。结果:治愈85例(39.9%),显效80例(37.6%),好转37例(17.3%),总有效率达94.8%。训练1疗程与2疗程疗效比较,除混合型疗效差异无统计学意义外(P﹥0.05),其它均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);训练2疗程与3疗程疗效比较,除多动-冲动为主型疗效差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)外,其它型疗效差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:脑电生物反馈训练用于儿童ADHD治疗可行。

The Treatment of EEG Biofeedback in 213 Cases of Childhood Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Objective To study the effects of EEG biofeedback training on treatment of childhood attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods Totally 213 cases of children diagnosed as ADHD were taken VBFB3000 EEG biofeedback training clinic system for 30 minutes each time,and 2 times every week.Every group children were taken 1 to 3 treatment courses,respectively.The report of audio-visual integration test(IVA-TP) was used for assessing the efficacy of EEG biofeedback training.Results The total effective rate was 94.8%,among which 85 cases were healed(39.9%),80 cases were in effect(37.6%),37 cases were improved(17.3%).Compared the treament effects between training for 1 course and 2 courses,two of three ADHD types were significant difference excluding the mixing type(P﹤0.05);while compared the treament effects between training for 2 courses and 3 courses,two of three ADHD types were significant difference excluding the hyperactivity-impulse type(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The EEG biofeedback training could be effectively used for ADHD treatment in children.
