| 摘 要： | 氟达拉滨(F-ara-A)作为一种治疗白血病的药物。通过从分子生物学角度研究其作用机制和药代动力学,证明了该药除具有抗肿瘤作用外,还对阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)有增敏作用。在以F-ara-A和Ara-C为基础的临床治疗中,最常见的是FLAG方案,主要用于高危骨髓增生异常综合征及白血病患者。文章综述F-ara-A联合Ara-C在白血病治疗上的研究进展。 |

| Abstract: | As a drug for leukaemia,fludarabine has been widely investigated recently.Study of its pharmacokinetics and working mechanisms indicates that besides the anti-tumour effect,it has the synergistic effect with cytarabine.The FLAG regimen based on the combination of fludarabine and cytarabine is now commonly employed for treating the patients with high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome and leukemia.This article reviews the research progress on the regimen of fludarabine combined with cytarabine for treating the patients with leukemia. |
