复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

目的:了解复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:将96例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=46),对照组给予一般治疗,观察组加用复方丹参滴丸(每次10丸,3次/d)口服,疗程为3周。观察复方丹参滴丸对不稳定心绞痛患者症状、心电图的改变。结果:观察组心绞痛症状改善总有效率90%,心电图改善的总有效率80%,均优于对照组。与用药前比较,治疗后心绞痛症状分级降低,心电图S-T、T有改善,未见明显的不良反应。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定心绞痛短期疗效好,且不良反应少,耐受性好。

Clinical Observation of Curative Effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill in Unstable Angina

Objective:To study the curative of compound Danshen dropping pill in treatment of unstable angina. Methods:96 cases of angina were randomly divided into experiment group (n=50) and control group (n=46). General treatment was performed in control group. Compound Danshen dropping pills (10 pills each time, three times a day) were added in experimented group. The total treatment periods were 3 weeks. The symptom changes and electrocardiogram were observed in angina patients. Results:The total clinical and electrocardiogram's effective rate of experimental group respectively was 90% and 80% better than that of the control. The grade of angina pectoris reduced and improvement was observed in clinical symptoms dilemma ECG (ST.T) vs. before treatment, and with has no significant side effects. Conclusion:Compound Danshen dropping pill was affirmed on angina treatment, the effect of short damage and with less adverse reaction and good tolerance.
