痹痛康丸联合来氟米特治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的临床研究

目的探讨痹痛康丸联合来氟米特治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法60例RA患者分别用来氟米特(Ⅰ组)和来氟米特联合痹痛康丸(Ⅱ组)治疗,疗程为12周,对2组用药后在4周、12周时的疗效指标进行比较。结果Ⅱ组在4周、12周时的总有效率、显效率、临床观察指标和关节功能改善情况均优于Ⅰ组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论痹痛康丸联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎起效快、疗效好,其机制可能是痹痛康丸对来氟米特治疗活动期类风湿关节炎具有增效作用。

Clinical study of rheumatism arthritis active stage treated by Bitongkang Pill combined with Leflunomide

Objective It is to approach the therapeutic effect of Bitongkang Pill (BTKP) combined with Leflunomide(LEF) on rheumatism arthritis active stage(ARA).Methods 60 patients of ARA were treated by LEF(groupⅠ) and BTKP combined with LEF(groupⅡ) respectively.The duration of treatment was 12 week.The index of clinical effects before and after treatment 4-week and 12-week were analyzed.Results The total effective rate,the patency effective rate,the clinical index and the improve degree of articulation function of the group Ⅱ were significant higher than those of the group Ⅰ(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion BTKP combined with LEF is significant effective in treating RA,the possible mechanism is BTKP can add the effects of LEF.
