| 摘 要： | 目的探讨损伤控制骨科（damage control orthopedics,DCO）在骨科损伤患者治疗中的临床应用。方法采集2006年7月~2009年4月入院的72例骨科损伤患者依照临DCO原则进行临床治疗,并术后对治疗过程与结果进行总结及质量评价。结果本组病死率16.7%（12/72）,包括9例因失血性休死于术中或术后24h,2例因胸伤合并急性呼吸迫综合症,1例术后合并多器官功能不全综综合征。余60例患者获得随访,随访时间3~15个月,平均随访时间10个月。骨折愈合时间5~14个月,均未发现畸形愈合及远期并发症。结论对于骨科损伤患者,合理应用DCO原则,迅速准确的诊断和一体化治疗,可以有效地提高严重骨科损伤患者的生存率及预后结果 。 |
