| 摘 要： | 目的 观察几丁聚糖对感染伤口愈合的作用.方法 将114例感染伤口彻底清创后分2组,对照组50例,用传统方法换药治疗;观察组64例,应用几丁聚糖粉剂均匀撒于创面,每天2次.观察2组的伤口愈合情况、愈合时间.结果 观察组伤口愈合良好,总有效率为95.4%,对照组为56%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组伤口平均愈合时间... |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effort of chitosan on wound healing. Methods 114 wound infection patients were divided into observation group (64 patients) and control group (50 patients) at random. All the patients were debrided with saline and betagen solution as routine treatment, then the raw surface were covered with chitosan in the observation group and vasehne gauze in the control group.
