摘    要:目的:为了探索对手部深度烧伤功能保护的治疗措施。方法:应用MEBT/MEBO,休克期配以脉络宁或刺五加注射液改善全身与局部的微循环、用改良的耕耘刀对Ⅲ度焦痂有效减张;围绕防止手致畸致残对创面作有关处理;修复期与康复期用酮替芬或咪唑斯汀以及中药活血化瘀协助美宝疤痕平防治瘢痕。结果:深Ⅱ度浅、深型324只手及Ⅲ度浅型41只手的指失能值、拇指内收功能损害值均为0、对掌功能残留值分别为100%、87.7%(36/41,伸屈功能优等率分别为100%、90.24%(37/41)。结论:应用MEBT/MEBO能使手部深度烧伤功能有效保护。

Abstract:Objective: To find a method for protecting the function of deeply burned hands. Method: MEBT/MEBO was applied in association with acanthepanax root injection or mai luo ning at the shock stage to improve local andsystemic microcirculation. Improved ploughing knife was applied to relax eschar in third degree burn wounds and relevantmeasures were adopted to prevent disablement. At the recovery stage, ketotifen or mi zuo shi ting and Chinese medicinesfor promoting blood circulation and removing stasis were also applied along with MEBO Scar Lotion to prevent or reducescar formation. Results: All the fingers of 324 hands with superficial and deep type deep second degree burn and 41 handswith superficial type third degree burn kept their normal function, the thumbs also kept their normal adductor function. Theremaining opposing function were respectively 100% and 87.7% (36/41). Extension-flexion function were respectively100% and 90.24% (37/41). Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO can protect the function of deeply burned hands.
