| 摘 要： | 目的：观察颈夹脊穴位注射联合奥扎格雷钠治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法：35例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，采用颈夹脊穴穴位注射当归注射液联合奥扎格雷钠静滴治疗，14天为1疗程。结果：35例患者中，临床治愈23例，显效7例，好转3例，无效2例，总有效率94．3％。结论：颈夹脊穴位注射联合奥扎格雷钠治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能明显消除临床症状，改善椎基底动脉供血，提高生活和工作质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of injectio ad acumen in cervical Jia-ji acupoints combined with sodium ozagrel on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Method:35 cases with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were treated by injecting Angelica injection to cervical Jia-ji acupoints combined with intravenous infusion of sodium ozagrel once a day.
